We are using the excellent cdp-tools written by Internet Connection, Inc. Their cdp-tools (amongst other things) can be found here.
In order to make cdp-tools compile cleanly on all the platforms we are using we have made some alterations and additions. These changes can be found here in the form of patches.
Each night we also check if the maintainers version of the tarball has changed. If so, the latest tarball is downloaded and saved here with a date added to its filename. This makes it easier to keep track of what version of the code each patch was written for.
Changes are sent to the author of cdp-tools, and so far most of them have been accepted. Before they are accepted they will show up here, and they will also remain here after they have been accepted. All patches might not be suitable for inclusion in the general distribution (like obscure fixes that works only on specific systems and break things elsewhere). These patches will be found only here, but chances are you will probably not need them.
